Meet The Team

“Individuals can and do make a difference, but it takes a team
to really mess things up.”

Ryan Brech, Partner / Design and Sales

Ryan Brech

Partner / Design and Sales

As a Partner, Ryan oversees the Design Team and continues to sell for the company.  Ryan has more than two decades in the construction industry.  In that time, he has transformed from “drafting” plans with pencil and paper to the latest technology of Computer Aided Drawing-CAD for short.  Ryan enjoys this part of the construction field because each job is unique and he gets to help watch clients dreams come to fruition.  Just in his time with Palace Builders Construction, Ryan has worked on the smallest of buildings, a 30’x30′ garage to one of the largest Church buildings in Mitchell.  No job is too big or too small.
